Hope for the Holidays: Mosaic’s Christmas Offering
As we step into the Christmas season, we’re reminded of its profound message—hope, redemption, and new beginnings. At Mosaic, we are thrilled to share how God is using our church to make a tangible difference in our community. This year, we’re excited to introduce you to our Christmas Offering focus: a transformative partnership with Emerge Recovery Center.
Emerge Recovery Center, located on a sprawling 45-acre campus in Xenia, Ohio, is a beacon of hope for those in need. With over 200,000 square feet of space, this facility provides life-changing addiction recovery programs, transformational housing for men and women, and essential support for young men transitioning out of foster care. Since its founding in 2021 by three skilled-trade entrepreneurs, Emerge has been addressing two pressing societal challenges: the skilled workforce shortage and the increasing need for recovery and support services. Mosaic’s vision at Emerge focuses on bringing a dynamic spiritual element to this transformative work.
Through holistic care—including vocational training, faith-based mentoring, counseling, and job placement—Emerge is transforming lives. And now, through God’s providence, they have invited Mosaic to partner with them to bring spiritual support to their campus.
Mosaic’s Vision at Emerge
We are humbled and excited to step into this calling. Together with Emerge’s leadership, we envision creating a vibrant worshiping community on their campus. Our journey will begin with Sunday evening pop-up worship experiences, so stay tuned for updates. Over time, we aim to build a ministry of presence that embodies hope and healing for employees, residents, and the wider community. At Mosaic, we are all in about following God’s call and experimentation, trusting Him to guide our steps.

How You Can Make an Impact
To launch this mission, we are raising funds for essential start-up costs, including sound equipment and operational expenses for the first year. Thanks to a generous $10,000 seed donation from a Mosaic member and additional grant applications, we’re off to a strong start. Now, we’re inviting the Mosaic family to join us in bringing this vision to life.
