I love God and being part of this dynamic mosaic of Jesus followers called Mosaic Church! My full-time ministry is in fundraising, serving as Vice President of Development at United Theological Seminary. At Mosaic, I serve on the preaching team, prayer team, in worship design, and behind the scenes where needed. I am a finance person by trade but also have a passion for seeing people grow and be transformed by the power of God’s Word. I am an author, speaker, podcast host, prayer warrior, and holy mischief maker. I am married to Pastor Roz Picardo, and together we are raising three young women of God.
